BeCloud, officially known as "Белорусские облачные технологии" (Belarusian Cloud Technologies), is Belarus's premier infrastructure operator. Established on December 19, 2012, BeCloud operates as a carrier's carrier, providing telecommunications services in the B2B sector under the торговая марка (trademark) beCloud. The company designs, builds, equips, and operates critical infrastructure including the backbone network for the Unified Republican Data Network (ЕРСПД), the Republican Data Processing Center (РЦОД), a unified LTE network, and a segment of the transit магистраль (main line) of the telecommunications network across Belarus.
