Year Planned: 2028

The Municipal District of Greenview has formed a strategic partnership with O'Leary Ventures to develop what is projected to be the world's largest AI Data Centre Industrial Park within the Greenview Industrial Gateway (GIG). The ambitious "Wonder Valley Project" will accommodate up to 58 data center buildings on the site.

This off-grid development will be powered by natural gas and geothermal energy sources. The partners have signed a letter of intent with the GIG to acquire thousands of acres of land near Grand Prairie in Northwestern Alberta, Canada.

According to projections, the total investment throughout the project's lifetime is expected to exceed $70 billion, encompassing infrastructure, power generation facilities, data centers, and supporting structures.
