WBS Power: Baltic DC Campus

Site planned for 2028 and has expansions through 2035

WBS Power is planning the Baltic Data Center Campus in Choczewo, Poland.

The project is split into four development phases, with Phase I requiring an estimated investment of €6.9–€8.6 billion ($8–$10 billion) and targeting a 2029 operational launch. The site will connect to the adjacent Choczewo power substation, using closed-loop cooling and drawing 40% of its electricity via external renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to supplement grid consumption.
