California-based IT staffing and consulting firm Tryfacta signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to develop an AI-ready data center valued at $7.7 billion.

While the exact location and construction timeline remain unannounced, the project is designed for long-term multi-gigawatt expansion and will feature access to the power grid alongside planned future nuclear energy integration.
