German telecommunications company Telemark has officially opened a new data center in Menden, North Rhine-Westphalia (approximately 30km east of Dortmund).

The facility, completed last week in just six months, spans 200 square meters (2,152 sq ft) and represents an investment of €2 million ($2.3m). It utilizes a hybrid cooling system featuring both direct free cooling and expansion cooling. Crämer IT-Solutions has been named as a customer of the new facility.
