Developed by Austrian real estate firm S+B Gruppe, the project has secured both a building permit and grid connection approval, and is intended to attract cloud providers, hyperscale operators, technology firms, and financial institutions as tenants, with access to international network connections through Romania's major carriers. The facility marks S+B Gruppe's first venture into the data center market, following its earlier focus on office and residential developments in the region.
