Potentia Inc. Campus 03 is a planned mega-scale data center development in Arkansas engineered to support intensive AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads.
Modeled after Potentia's self-funded pipeline, the project is currently in the planning and development stage. To preserve site confidentiality and accelerate deployment timelines, the Texas-based developer operates entirely outside of local or state tax incentive structures. The campus features a closed-loop water recycling system to eliminate freshwater strain on the community, completely bypasses traditional diesel backup generators in favor of zero-emission alternatives, and deploys proprietary intelligent load management (iLM) technology to dynamically stabilize the regional utility grid. Target delivery for the campus's first building is on track for Q4 2028.
