Osae-NFU Bordeaux AI Campus

The Osae-NFU Bordeaux AI Megacampus is a landmark $14.3 billion infrastructure project designed to redefine European digital sovereignty by providing a world-class hub for generative AI and sovereign cloud services. Strategically located at the landing point of major trans-atlantic subsea cables like AMITIE and Dunant, the campus features five vertically integrated buildings engineered to handle massive AI workloads with a total IT load of 250 MW.

It distinguishes itself through a "Green Compute" model that utilizes 100% carbon-free energy—sourced from French nuclear and offshore wind—and employs a pioneering hybrid liquid cooling system that achieves a remarkably low PUE of 1.10. Beyond its technical prowess, the project is a centerpiece of the "France 2030" plan, integrating an innovative waste-heat recovery system to warm 15,000 local homes and creating up to 1,000 high-tech jobs, effectively challenging the traditional dominance of the FLAP-D data center markets.
