Designed as a single-storey, purpose-built building, NXDATA-3 will provide fully specialized technical space. The facility is located in the northern part of Bucharest, approximately 8 kilometers from the NXDATA-1 and NXDATA-2 cluster.

Positioned near the Bucharest Ring Road, NXDATA-3 (NX-3/BUH3) data center covers 2,000 square meters (21,500 square feet) of technical space, divided into 4 customizable data halls.
