In 2024, nexspace, a company specializing in modern and sustainable data centers in the DACH region, acquired an operational data center in Graz, Austria. The acquisition also included adjacent land, paving the way for the development of a new facility. The existing data center is currently fully leased to a key tenant.

The facility was originally developed by COOLtec Systems. The site features 1,120 sqm of floor space and houses 380 server cabinets, with capacity for further expansion. Austrian telecommunications provider Magenta Telekom was involved in the construction of this data center.
