The Endec Group, in partnership with Narra Technology Park Development Inc., has secured a lease agreement for a 47-hectare plot within New Clark City (NCC), specifically in the Clark Science City area. The site will host the Narra Technology Park, a hyperscale data center campus developed in three phases. Each phase, backed by a USD890 million investment from the company, will progressively expand the facility, with the initial phase slated to become operational by Q4 2026.
