The Monaco municipal council has approved the Atelier Boisson + Boisson Architectes (ABBA) project, which involves a 10-story building on a 1,100 sqm plot. The €45 million Larvotto Supérieur project at 19 Boulevard du Larvotto will feature 35 state-owned apartments and a basement data center. The data center will occupy two of the four underground levels, covering 1,550 sqm. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2027.
