Logistix Property Group plans to build a two-story, 310,640 sq ft data center in Hamilton. The Hamilton City Planning Commission has already recommended approval for the project.

Construction is slated to begin in 2025 and is expected to take 14-16 months. The 15-acre site for the data center is located within the University Commerce Park, at the intersection of U.S. 127, Grand Boulevard, and University Boulevard. While the location is convenient to an existing substation, Logistix intends to develop at least one additional substation to support the new facility.
