The FreeTel data center is strategically located in the left-bank part of Prague on the ground floor of the ShiranTower administrative building in Prague's Vokovice. The data center has been in operation since July 1, 2012 and with its two halls with an area of 65 m 2 and 150 m 2 has a total capacity of almost 70 racks.
The racks are placed above a double floor with a load capacity of 850 kg/m, with self-metering of two AC power branches for each rack, including the option of an additional DC branch (48V). Connectivity is ensured by "dark fiber" in two different paths, converging on Sitel in NFX1 and NFX2 currently equipped with 1+1 10Gbit SFP+ modules.
Energy is provided by the substation directly in the building. Two independent modular UPS equipped with modules in an N+1 configuration are powered from here. Each rack has two independent, separately measured 16A phases. Back-up power supply is provided by a 350kVA diesel unit capable of continuous operation.
