DPS Resources Berhad, through its wholly owned subsidiary Shantawood Sdn. Bhd. (SSB), is developing a data center facility by converting an existing factory site in Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Melaka.

Planned to commence initial operations in 2027 and expand in phased stages through 2030, the project re-purposes DPS's industrial landbank into high-specification digital infrastructure with long-term scaling potential. To facilitate development and commercialization, DPS has entered into strategic Memorandums of Understanding with Malaysian design and construction firm BBSB for execution and tenant onboarding, alongside Hangyue Intelligent Electrical Co. to supply digital power infrastructure and facilitate colocation demand from international enterprises.
