The facility can house 20,000 cabinets with 8kW power capacity each, helping address Hangzhou's shortage of IDC (Internet Data Center) resources. Huaxin secured the Phase 1 EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract valued at 760 million yuan. This first phase encompasses 147,000 square meters and includes the construction of four data center buildings, one power center, one operations control center, and one 110kV electrical substation.
