Archer Datacenters has expanded its footprint in Minnesota, securing an expansive 87.6-acre property in Faribault for $4.5 million. The land, purchased from local firm PK LaRoche LLP, is set to become a significant data center development site.
The company's conceptual plan involves constructing up to six buildings, with each facility ranging from 44,000 to 107,000 square feet. When fully developed, the site will offer approximately 500,000 square feet of single-story data center capacity, powered by an on-site electrical substation.
