Nordic infrastructure developer Arcem, a subsidiary of Bonum, has acquired 800,000 square meters of land in Joroinen, Finland, to develop a massive data center campus.

Situated directly next to the Huutokoski transformer station, the site offers excellent grid access and infrastructure connectivity. The project's initial phase is slated to go online as early as 2027, before expanding by 2029. This development is part of Arcem’s broader strategy to establish a large-scale data center platform across Finland and Norway.
