Amazon Web Services (AWS) is set to develop data centers at the Bord na Móna Eco Energy Park in County Offaly, Ireland. This makes AWS the first business to establish a presence at the park, where it will utilize energy generated by Bord na Móna's renewable projects through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

AWS has already inked a 105MW PPA with Bord na Móna to procure power from the Derrinlough Wind Farm, also situated in County Offaly. In addition to this, Amazon has committed to investing in up to 800MW of new renewable energy projects across Ireland.
