Data Center Campus
The redevelopment of Thorney Business Park in Iver has evolved into a massive, two-phase masterplan that significantly expands upon the original vision. SEGRO (the developer) and Thorney Lane LLP (the landowner) are now moving ahead with a campus that will ultimately feature six data center buildings, doubling the initial three-building proposal. The first phase, which received planning approval in July 2024, consists of three buildings represents a £350 million investment. These structures will reach a maximum height of 25 meters, including rooftop cooling equipment, and are designed to accommodate three floors of data halls.
