Data Center Campus
NED Data Centers' fortified, mostly underground AI data center campus on Shechterman Street in Netanya's Kiryat Eliezer Kaplan industrial zone, developed with the Levinstein Group. Construction began in 2024, with buildings planned through 2028.
NED Data Centers' Netanya campus sits on a 13.5-dunam (about 3.3-acre) former Cellcom site on Shechterman Street, in Kiryat Eliezer Kaplan, Netanya's northern industrial zone. It is about 20 km north of Tel Aviv. NED and the Levinstein Group bought the land in equal shares in 2024 for NIS 90 million.
The campus is a fortified, mostly underground complex. NED designed it with Kao Data, its sister company under the Goldacre platform. The data halls sit on protected basement levels built to survive a direct missile hit and to run 72 hours on their own.
Demolition and earthworks began in mid-2024, and the formal ground-breaking took place in April 2025.
