Data Center Campus
Green Mountain's Hamar campus (OSL-Hamar) sits in Heggvin business park on the Hamar-Løten border in Innlandet, Norway, and serves TikTok as its sole tenant. First built in 2023, with two more buildings planned through 2028.
Green Mountain's Hamar campus, branded OSL-Hamar, sits in Heggvin business park on the Hamar-Løten municipal border in Innlandet county. It lies about 120 km north of Oslo, a 70-minute drive from Oslo Airport. The campus occupies cadastral parcel 161/4 in Hamar kommune. Green Mountain describes a potential campus footprint of up to 280,000 m².
Ownership. Green Mountain Innlandet AS develops and operates the campus. It is a subsidiary of Green Mountain AS, which Azrieli Group has wholly owned since 2021.
Tenant. TikTok is the sole tenant. It signed in March 2023 for three buildings, with an option on two more, under its Project Clover European data program. In July 2023 the Norwegian government cleared the project and placed Green Mountain under the Security Act. CBRE Global Workplace Solutions runs technical operations.
Power. Elvia supplies the campus through two 132 kV underground cable sets from Statnett's Vang transformer station next to the site. Green Mountain owns the on-site Heggvin transformer station. NVE licensed it for six 45 MVA 132/22 kV transformers, plus 130 standby generators of 3.1 MVA each. Power comes from 100% renewable hydropower.
Design. The three-storey buildings are designed to Tier III. They use N+1 chilled-water cooling with free-air cooling and hot-aisle containment, and heat exchangers prepared for heat reuse. CTS Nordics was general contractor and Norconsult the engineer.
Expansion. The two remaining buildings hold municipal building permits, and foundations for the fourth are in place. In August 2026 Azrieli said it was negotiating the expansion with TikTok.

In addition both data centres have the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in place.
The data centre near Stavanger (DC1-Stavanger) is built deep inside a mountain in a former high security NATO ammunition store.
The data centre in Telemark (DC2-Telemark) is in the ‘cradle of hydro power’ in Norway with multiple local hydro power plants.
Smedvig is the majority owner of Green Mountain.
