Arizona Land Consulting (ALC) is planning to build a 1.5-gigawatt (GW) data center in Buckeye, Arizona, a city located west of Phoenix. ALC has already acquired approximately 2,000 acres for the project, which was formerly part of Hassayampa Ranch. The estimated cost for the complete development of this data center is $25 billion.
