Amazon Web Services is fitting out six data center buildings on Factory Shoals Road and Trae Lane in Lithia Springs, in Douglas County west of Atlanta. Amazon leases the buildings from two developers.
- T5@Atlanta III: four buildings, ATL068 to ATL071.
- STACK ATL02: two buildings, ATL078 and ATL079.
- Georgia EPD permitted the campus's backup generators in August 2025.
- Douglas County issued Amazon's fit-out permits from September 2025.
