Amazon is developing a new data center campus on 430 acres in Covington, Georgia. The project follows a $36 million land acquisition by Amazon Data Services Inc., which finalized the purchase of three separate parcels in December 2023. Located 40 miles east of Atlanta along Interstate 20, the site is now being transformed into a major infrastructure hub.
