Yondr Group: Yondr To Develop a 42MW Facility in Berlin, Germany

Yondr Group has announced plans to develop data centers in the municipality of Ragow, outside Berlin, Germany. Upon full build-out, the data center campus will offer 42MW of power. Phase 1 of the development will deliver 10MW of power. This phase is also scheduled to be in operation in 2024.
Upon completion of the new project, the company’s total data center capacity will rise to 82MW. The chief development officer of Yondr, Pete Jones, said: “We’re bullish in our growth expectations for 2022. We see significant client interests in tier II metros, closely interconnected to the FLAP markets. Berlin will bolster our German portfolio and allow us to serve a greater number of clients with growing cloud computing and connectivity needs.” Yondr is currently developing facilities in London, Amsterdam, India, The US, Malaysia, and Frankfurt.
