Google Gets Greenlight for Data Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Sand Springs City Council has approved a gigawatt- scale data center campus development proposed by Google for just outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma, dubbed "Project Spring," planned for an 827-acre property located at 5615 OK-97, Sand Springs, OK 74063.

KKR and Singtel Fully Acquire Data Center Firm STT GDC

Investment firm KKR and Singaporean telco Singtel this week announced the signing of definitive agreements to fully acquire the remaining 82 percent stake in STT GDC from ST Telemedia for S$6.6 billion (US$5.1bn).

TA Realty Sells Two Data Center Buildings in Leesburg, Virginia

Real estate firm TA Realty and its data center development arm, TA Digital Group (TADG), this week announced the sale of two hyperscale data center buildings totaling 745,000 sq ft (69,210 sqm) and 165MW of IT load capacity in Leesburg, Loudoun County.
