Data center developer ImpactData has partnered with Raeden, signing a joint venture (JV) agreement to support the development of a 20MW turnkey colocation data center in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Jet.AI, a company that develops AI solutions for the aviation industry, is selling its aviation business and pivoting to developing data centers. The company is in the process of planning a 50MW facility around Las Vegas for its debut project.

Cryptomining firm BitFuFu this week announced it has signed a definitive agreement and acquired a majority ownership in a 51MW operational Bitcoin mining data center in Oklahoma. The transaction was funded with cash from BitFuFu’s balance sheet and common stock.

Direct-to-chip cooling specialist Accelsius has partnered with Nordik Data Centers to build an AI data center in Montreal, Canada. The project will feature a “co-innovation lab” where customers can validate performance metrics and efficiency gains of Accelsius’ cooling technology.

Vantage Data Centers is asking to rezone the Smith Family Farms land, a 618 acres farmland as "warehouse industrial," with plans to use 285 acres of the parcel for the development of at least three data center buildings.
