According to Biz Times, investors group KCMJ Investments LLC has sold TierPoint’s Milwaukee data center to Milwaukee-based WSP Burnham LLC for $4.66 million. The deal includes the sale of a 3.3-acre plot with the facility. TierPoint’s Milwaukee data center has 70,000 square feet of space with over 26,000 square feet of total usable space and over 3,600 square feet of raised floor space.
TierPoint started operating the data center in 2016 after it completed the acquisition of Cosentry. The company also completed a 17,640 square feet expansion of the facility later in the same year.
