Nexus Group Knoxville: The Nexus Group, Inc. Purchases Digital Crossing Networks in Knoxville

Knoxville, Tennessee, – The Nexus Group, Inc. (“Nexus”) announced today that it has purchased the operating assets of Digital Crossing Networks (“DCN”), East Tennessee’s most-established and reliable data center from its owners, Mr. Nadeem Siddiqi and Mr. Paul Sponcia. Nexus will continue to operate the data center under the Digital Crossing Networks brand. The IT Company, formerly affiliated with DCN, will continue to be owned and operated by Mr. Sponcia.
As part of Nexus, DCN clients will now have access to an even broader suite of technology infrastructure services, including a redundant data center in Nashville, network connectivity, voice, and cyber-security solutions. DCN customers will continue to receive world-class 24×7 support.
