Datacenter One GmbH: Star Capital Mulling Over Selling The Sale of Datacenter One

According to financial publication Unquote, Star Capital is mulling over selling its majority stake in Datacenter One. The report claims the company has hired a financial services firm, Jefferies, to advise it on how to sell its majority shares in the German colocation firm. Datacenter One was formed in 2016 after Star Capital bought Globalways in the same year. Details of the transaction were not revealed at the time. However, it revealed it would invest about €60 million (~$68m) in the firm.
Datacenter One currently offers colocation services out of four data centers in Germany. It has two data centers in Stuttgart. It also has facilities in Leverkusen and Dusseldorf.
