SoftBank and Oracle Partner on Sovereign Cloud in Japan

SoftBank Corp and Oracle are collaborating on a sovereign cloud offering in Japan which will be dubbed "Cloud PF Type A," and based on Oracle Alloy, deployed in SoftBank's Japan data centers.
