Real estate investment firm Mark IV Capital this week announced the sale of 300 acres within its Victory Logistics District to an unnamed technology company for a potential data center development. The buyer is described as a “global leader in enterprise software, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and state-of-the-art hyperscale data center campuses.”
“We are thrilled to welcome this world-class technology company to Victory Logistics District,” said Evan Slavik, president and CEO of Mark IV Capital. “This transaction is a testament to Victory’s unique combination of scalability, infrastructure, and strategic location."
He continued: "We see this as a major step toward many data center developments at Victory, and we look forward to continuing to attract industry-leading enterprises that will drive economic growth to the region.”
