Macquarie Capital Partners with Prime Data Centers for potential $5 billion capital investment

Macquarie Capital has entered into a partnership with Prime Data Centers. It also made an undisclosed equity investment in Prime data center. However, both Companies claim that the partnership will give way for capital investments of over $5 billion over the next ten years. Furthermore, the Companies revealed that the partnership would help deliver 400MW of capacity in Prime Data Centers’ pipeline.

CEO of Prime Data Centers, Nicholas Laag, commented that Macquarie Capital is an excellent fit for the Company. He said that Macquarie Capital could help deliver sustainable mission-critical infrastructure on-demand at any level. He further added that Macquarie Capital could also help the Company scale and leverage its assets and people.
