Interxion Düsseldorf: Interxion to expand its data center footprint in Düsseldorf by leasing additional 12,000 sqm

Interxion is leasing 12,000 sqm (129,000 square feet) in Düsseldorf to expand its data center capacity in the city. The Company has been occupying the property on In der Steele 27-43 in west Germany for 20 years, and it is leasing more space there to expand its data centers.

The owner of the property is Aroundtown, and it confirmed that the firm is planning to use the additional space for data center expansion. The property has a total space of 409,000 square feet of storage and office space in different building sections. Interxion also says it has over 48,000 square feet (4,500 sq m) of equipped space and over 107,600 square feet (10,000 sq m) of shell and core space.
