H5 To Expand Its Cleveland Data Center

May 06, 2022 | Posted by Abdul-Rahman Oladimeji

H5 is looking to expand its Cleveland facility in Ohio. The data center company filed with the Cleveland planning commission to expand its data center located at 1625 Rockwell Avenue. It also filed for a Façade change at the facility. Although the application didn’t reveal specifics of the expansion, H5 also wants to add a new generator building to the site. Per the rendering of the project, the proposed project shows a small building extending from the main building.

The company partnered with PTA Engineering and architecture firm Arkinetics for the project. H5’s Cleveland data center currently has 30,956 square meters (333,000 square feet) of space. It is also a Tier III rated data center with 10MW of capacity, with room for expansion. Earlier in 2017, H5 bought the data center from ByteGrid for $30 million.

H5 Cleveland Technology Center (CTC) is located at 1625 Rockwell Street, Cleveland, OH, 44114.
