Indonesia: GoTo Group signs new cloud deals with Tencent and Alibaba Cloud

Indonesian technology company GoTo Group, a provider of ride-hailing and delivery services, has signed five-year deals with Tencent and Alibaba to use their cloud infrastructure services. GoTo will use Tencent's Platform as a Service (PaaS) technology to support its end-to-end ecosystem, while Tencent will provide a "suite of cloud infrastructure solutions and digital services to GoTo's business."
Poshu Yeung, senior vice president of Tencent Cloud International, said he is confident the company's platform will "benefit GoTo’s key service offerings." Yeung said: "We remain committed to GoTo and Indonesia and we look forward to exploring further collaborations in the future.”
