BizJournal reports that Flexential is expanding its Franklin, Tennessee data center. The report states that Flexential has been granted building permits to expand its data center at 4600 Carothers Parkway. The Company is reportedly calling on Turner Construction for the project dubbed as ‘Phase 3’. This phase will see Flexential add 12,800 square feet of space to the facility. Aside from that, it will also be investing $4.8 million in the project.
Flexential’s Franklin facility currently has 80,000 square feet of space and 6MW of critical load capacity. The Company also operates 40 data center facilities across the globe.
