Echelon Partners With Trinovium On Liquid Cooling For AI Data Centers

Irish data center company Echelon has partnered with Trinovium, a new liquid cooling subsidiary of Trinity Biotech, to develop cooling solutions for AI and high-density computing. The companies will focus on direct-to-chip cooling fluids, thermal management systems, and modular liquid cooling technologies for hyperscale and AI infrastructure. Development is expected to begin soon.

Niall Molloy, CEO of Echelon Data Centres, said: “This collaboration brings together Trinovium’s expertise in fluid science and analytics with our experience of developing hyperscale infrastructure. It gives us an opportunity to develop and refine technologies specifically around the requirements of the next generation of AI data centers.”

Nasdaq-listed Trinity Biotech launched Trinovium earlier this year to develop data center cooling technologies. It plans to use its expertise in high-purity fluid manufacturing and analytics to create a new dielectric cooling fluid and a fluid monitoring platform.
