DC Two has announced that it raised AU$1 million (US$647,000). The fund was raised at a $0.039 per share offer. The company noted that the money would be used to speed up its growth. In addition, it would be geared towards marketing its Bibra Lake data center.
The managing director of DC Two, Blake Burton, said: “We are delighted with the outcome of the placement. This marks a major reset for the business and demonstrates the belief that the company is positioned to grow alongside its expanding customer base. We have achieved six consecutive quarters of recurring revenue growth with very limited capital and resources, and this funding will allow our team to grow revenue, maximize shareholder return and scale our presence in Western Australia and beyond.”
According to DC Two, it received immense support for the placement. The company noted that it received more bids than it offered. DC Two was founded in 2012. The company opened its Bibra Lake facility in 2021. It also operates another data center in Osborne Park, Perth.
