Crestchic Launches Load Bank for Liquid-cooled Data Centers

Crestchic has launched a 600kW load bank designed to test liquid-cooled data center infrastructure. The company, a manufacturer and provider of load bank solutions, last week announced the launch of its 600kW Liquid Cooled offering.

Loadbanks are electrical testing devices that simulate a real electrical load, allowing systems to be tested without connecting to an active operating load. In data centers, they are used both for pre-commissioning tests and ongoing maintenance of electrical infrastructure.

Available for sale or rental, Crestchic’s single-vessel load bank is purpose-built for liquid-cooled infrastructure, providing precise thermal validation and accurate electrical testing at scale.

“The move toward liquid cooling is accelerating as rack densities increase, particularly with AI and high-performance computing workloads,” explains Paul Brickman, commercial director at Crestchic. “Our new 600kW Liquid Cooled Loadbank has been designed from the ground up to serve this market, giving commissioning engineers the precision, reliability, and control they need to bring critical infrastructure online with confidence.”
