Data center provider CloudHQ has formed a joint venture with real asset manager ESR Group for the Cosmosqure data center project in Osaka, Japan. Located in Nanko Kita, 10km (6.2 miles) from Osaka’s central business district, the campus will see an investment of $2 billion to deliver a planned capacity of 130MW.
