Bitfury Sarnia: Bitfury Opens 28MW Crypto Mining Data Center in Sarnia, Canada

Bitfury Group has announced the launch of a new crypto mining data center in Sarnia, Canada. The 28MW data center will begin operations with 16MW of capacity before the end of February. It will also add 12MW of capacity by the end of May. The company noted that the facility could be expanded to 200MW upon full build-out. 

The CEO of Bitfury Group, Brian Brooks, said the company is excited to be expanding its operations by launching a world-class facility in Sarnia. He added that there’s a high demand for exposure to digital assets, and the company’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and track record of excellence means it will be in a fantastic position to serve investors and customers globally. The company has crypto mining sites in Georgia, Norway, and Canada.
