Comcast Nottingham: Bailard sells Comcast-occupied data center in Maryland for $14.85 million

Bailard, an investment management firm, just sold a data center and office property in Maryland for $14.85 million. It is a two-story 66,000 square-foot property currently occupied by Comcast. The building is also located at 8031 Corporate Drive in White Marsh, Maryland.

CEO of Bailard Real Estate Fund, Preston Sargent, noted that Bailard was able to market the property as a very attractive asset to buyers looking for stability in the environment. Preston Sargent further added that selling the property was a well-executed business plan. Although the buyer wasn’t revealed, the property is reported to have been sold for $14.85 million.
