American Tower Corporation: American Tower Finalizes CoreSite Acquisition

American Tower Corporation has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of CoreSite Realty Corporation. The company completed the acquisition by merging one of its subsidiaries with CoreSite. American Tower funded the transaction through borrowings revolving around term loans and credit facilities.

The CEO of American Tower, Tom Bartlett, said the company is happy to have CoreSite’s amazing team on board. He noted that the company is ready to work with CoreSite to create long-term shareholder wealth and value. Bartlett also said American Tower would take advantage of CoreSite’s critical cloud on-ramps and interconnected data center facilities to drive consistent growth.
