Malaysia: Aizo Group and Netrunner plan new data center in Malaysia

Aizo Group has announced plans to build a data center in Sarawak, Malaysia, with Netrunner Sdn Bhd, a special purpose vehicle focused on data center investment in Sarawak. The company will lead the technical development and design of the data center park, which is expected to meet Tier IV standards.
Aizo, formerly known as Minetech Resources, will provide infrastructure support, develop clean energy solutions, and water treatment facilities. The pair have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with local energy firm Syarikat SESCO for the sale and purchase of electricity for the data center.
