Update: WAN SUMMIT DÜSSELDORF 2020 CANCELLED

• The OCP Virtual Summit will cover three full days, Tuesday May 12 – Thursday May 14, with an additional full day dedicated to the Future Technologies Symposium on Friday May 15.
• If you had a Keynote, Expo Hall Track, Executive Talk or an Engineering Workshop session scheduled for the live event, you will have a spot in our new schedule. If there are any changes or you cannot participate for any reason, please contact kate@opencompute.org. We will provide you the requirements for these materials, including preferred file format, length, file size, etc. The majority of these sessions will be pre-recorded, but we would like all speakers to make themselves available during the broadcast of their session for a live Q&A session at the conclusion of their talk.
• Registration will be free for ALL attendees. While we cannot accurately predict at this time the expected attendance, we do conservatively believe that we will attract a more global, and much larger audience than the in-person event, which at the time of the cancellation was forecasted to be between 3,500 and 4,000 attendees.

Postponement of Gartner IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference 2020 in Sydney

Due to ongoing concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19), Gartner has decided to postpone the IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference, scheduled to take place in Sydney, 27-28 April 2020. We will be communicating new dates shortly.

Ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we believe this is the right decision given the evolving public health risks.

In light of the current circumstances related to the rapidly evolving coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and guidance from Federal and state governments, the ARIN 45 Public Policy and Members Meeting will no longer have an in-person component as originally scheduled to take place in Louisville, Kentucky.

We have been closely monitoring the latest news and guidance related to the COVID-19 outbreak from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health departments. Following the most recent guidance from the CDC, we must prioritize the health of our ARIN community members and their families, and thus, the ARIN 45 Public Policy and Members Meeting will now proceed entirely as an online-only meeting for all participants.

We ask that all participants please save the original dates of Monday, 27 April and Tuesday, 28 April while we review our normal policy discussions and related meeting programming to select material to be added to the agenda. We will be publishing the agenda and how to participate in the near future.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

Note that non-member attendee registrations received on or after 26 April or on-site will result in a $150 USD fee, payable in cash at the meeting registration desk or online by credit card.
