About the Event

CERAWeek 2027 is S&P Global's annual energy conference, chaired by S&P Global Vice Chairman Daniel Yergin. S&P Global runs it through its S&P Global Energy division, formerly S&P Global Commodity Insights. It runs March 8-12, 2027, in Houston at the Hilton Americas-Houston and the George R. Brown Convention Center. CERAWeek 2026 drew more than 2,470 companies, 2,200 C-suite leaders and 588 government leaders and officials, including 67 ministers. It also had more than 1,400 speakers and 450 media representatives from 90 countries. CERAWeek has no trade show floor. Agora Partner Houses carry select technology showcases.

Programming Focus

  • Four platforms: the Executive Conference, the Innovation Agora, Partner Programs, and Professional Development Programs.
  • Executive Conference: CEOs and senior officials on energy markets, geopolitics, policy, finance and technology, held at the Hilton Americas.
  • Innovation Agora: startups, investors and corporate innovators on the third level of the George R. Brown Convention Center.
  • Agora formats include Agora Studios, Agora Hubs, Agora Pods, the Lyceum Program, Partner Houses, Innovators Row and the Technology Corridor.
  • Agora Hubs in 2026 were the New Energies Hub, the Carbon and Climate Hub, and the AI Hub.
  • The 2026 AI Hub ran a "Chip-to-Grid" track on compute infrastructure, HPC, advanced cooling, flexibility and faster data center deployment.
  • The 2026 theme was "Convergence and Competition: Energy, Technology and Geopolitics," across 16 themes, including Power, Renewables, Generation and Grid; AI and Digital; Natural Gas and LNG; and Investment and Financing.
  • S&P Global called data center and AI electricity demand the clearest 2026 sign of convergence. Chip company leaders attended for the first time.
  • The 2027 theme and agenda were not posted as of October 2026.

  • Innovation Agora pass: $2,250, then $2,500, then $3,000, on the same schedule.
  • Special rates apply for investor-owned utilities, IPPs, cooperatives and municipal utilities, government agencies, startups, and groups of 10 or more.
  • There is no virtual pass. Entering the Hilton Americas for a meeting requires a pass.
