Hochtief, in partnership with Yorizon Cloud, is constructing a new facility in Bad Lippspringe, set for completion in summer 2026.
Launched in 2024, Yorizon is a cloud computing joint venture between ACS-owned Hochtief and server manufacturer Thomas-Krenn.AG. The venture will operate from ‘Yexio’ facilities, built by Hochtief and equipped with IT hardware from Thomas-Krenn.
These modular facilities will feature direct-to-chip liquid cooling and a closed-loop cooling system, with plans to supply waste heat to local district heating networks.
