RiverHook Village 18 is developing a massive hyperscale data center campus in Pindamonhangaba, São Paulo. Spanning over 500,000 square meters, the project will kick off with an initial R$5 billion ($965.6 million) investment, with long-term plans to scale up to R$10 billion ($1.9 billion).

Designed specifically for major cloud and AI workloads, the facility prioritizes environmental sustainability by using waterless cooling to protect local water resources. Officially unveiled under the city’s new Investe Pinda platform by Mayor Ricardo Piorino and co-founder Fabio Gordon, construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026, targeting an operational launch in June 2028.
